Pofflings are beings born from Petric Seeds — petals that crystallize and fall from the roots of the World’s First Garden, a mythical plane said to exist between life and emotion.
Each Petric Seed carries a single Echo, the faint remnant of a soul from an age long past. When the seed finds fertile ground, it blooms into a new being — half-plant, half-spirit — who faintly recalls fragments of the memories that gave birth to it.
Though they spring from ancient echoes, Pofflings are curious, lively creatures — small embodiments of renewal and emotion itself. They come in countless varieties depending on the soil, weather, and feelings present when they sprout. A Poffling born near laughter may bloom with bright petals and a cheerful nature, while one grown in solitude might carry muted tones and a gentle, wistful heart.
The World They Inhabit
The lands where Pofflings dwell are rich with living flora and bioluminescent growth — meadows where laughter hums softly through the leaves, and rivers that shimmer with memory.
It’s said that every Poffling keeps a small connection to the Garden through the Echo at its core, which hums faintly in tune with the world’s emotions.
Some Pofflings take to tending wild groves, coaxing seedlings to life, or wandering far to discover what memory their Echo once belonged to. Others form tiny villages among moss and mushrooms, weaving together homes from petals, shells, and dew.
Community
Pofflings are deeply communal beings. They grow best in the presence of kindness and connection — often traveling together in groups called blooms.
Each bloom shares in a kind of emotional harmony: when one Poffling feels joy, the others brighten; when one feels sorrow, the whole group grows quiet in sympathy.
To befriend a Poffling is to nurture a small, glowing piece of the world’s oldest dream — and, perhaps, to remind that Echo within them that life can bloom again.

Pofflings is a cozy, character-driven community centered around gentle fantasy and creative exploration.
Members can grow, trade, and design their own Pofflings, take part in seasonal events, and explore the lore of the First Garden together.
At its heart, Pofflings is a celebration of kindness, imagination, and small beginnings — a space for artists and storytellers to watch their creations take root and flourish.
